Surindera Cycles Pvt. Ltd. reserves all rights to alter the terms and conditions as set out
below at its discretion. Each time you use the site, it is your total responsibility to be aware of
our current terms and conditions. Read all the instructions carefully as they are set on the
basis on which you visit our website by subscribing to or using any of our services you agree
that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you
subscribe to or use the services. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you must not
subscribe to or use our services.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver between 15-20 business days to the majority of the cities. Ground delivery takes a
little longer than air delivery hence, ground-shipped orders take 20-25 business days to arrive
after they are dispatched. Depending on the location and geographical limits, deliveries to
particularly remote places may take up to 25 business days or longer. We do not deliver on
national holidays. However generally the order are delivered much sooner than anticipated.
Refund Policy
No Cancellation/Refund: – All prepaid orders placed successfully on www.surindera.com by
using various payment modes including Credit/Debit card or Net banking by users will be
treated as confirmed orders.
No Cancellation request will be accepted from the user and No Refund will be processed
against any request.
Return / Exchange Policy
No Return No Exchange policy on the successfully delivered product as ordered.
All products of Surindera Cycles Pvt. Ltd. are covered for 1 month (One month) warranty
against any manufacturing defect.
We will replace the defective parts except Rubber & Plastic parts, against manufacturing
defects within 1 month from the date of delivery.
We will not take back the item (complete bicycle) for the reason that does not look like a
picture we display on the website
