All products sold by Surindera Cycles Pvt. Ltd. are subject to a strict No Return No Exchange policy once successfully delivered as ordered. Please ensure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

All products are covered by a 1-month warranty against any manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.

• We will replace defective parts (excluding rubber and plastic parts) within 1 month from the date of delivery if the defect is due to a manufacturing issue.
• Replacement of parts will be conducted based on the assessment and approval of our technical team.
• To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the defect.

Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under our warranty policy:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance of the product.
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.
